What it is and how it works

The Disinfection on Demand Chlorine Dioxide injection system has been designed for safety, reliability, and performance. All water treatment’s success is dependent on its availability which is why we work tirelessly to source & upgrade equipment that can endure the harsh conditions we face.

Aquapproach deploys a 2 part method, wherein a part A, DosOx, and a part B, Vertex are brought together in a reaction tee.

DosOx and Vertex go into an injection stem housed between a column of water and the injection tee, where they mix together and generate ClO2 that is dispensed into the fluid stream through the injection nozzle. This double containment injection method alleviates the safety concerns associated with the vapors as they will always be in water.

Vertex is the activator counter part to DosOx. It provides high chlorine dioxide yield at a competitive price point.

Chlorine dioxide combines a high oxidation capacity with a low oxidation strength giving you the best of both worlds. This means it requires less chemical to achieve a specific goal and does it at a lower corrosion rate than chlorine bleach or hydrogen peroxide.
